They did a stellar job wrapping my Tesla. I always wanted a matte grey car and they totally delivered. I got several quotes and the price was very reasonable while providing top quality.

We brought my wife’s car here to get wrapped and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience from start to finish. We’ve held off on posting this review, but after only 2–3 months, the wrap has already started peeling on the hood and coming off on one of the doors. When we brought it back under the “warranty” they claimed to offer, their solution was to patch it up with a completely different color wrap—not a proper fix. The problems started early on. We were quoted one price, but then charged $400 more than what was on the signed contract. It took weeks of back-and-forth just to get that money refunded. Communication was also frustrating throughout the process. My wife repeatedly requested a light pink wrap, but they ordered the wrong color. At first, they insisted it was correct, then admitted the supplier had “accidentally” sent the wrong one and said they’d have to reorder it. After all the delays and miscommunication, we told them we no longer wanted to proceed. Their response? “Well, it’s too late—we already billed you.” At that point, we felt pressured to go through with it even though we had lost confidence in their service. Highly recommended!! At xclusive wraps you get treated like family, George the owner and his whole team are great!! Don’t sleep on them, for your best quality wraps and customer service. Service is so good I’ve gotten two wraps done with them, Aland another two more to come to finish my fleet. 10/10 ⭐️

Quick rundown: saved me $400 on tinting all my windows, made me feel like I was doing business with a friend, and most importantly the job he did was second to none. 10/10 experience, will be back and recommending to all my friends. Before and after pics below. Alec is amazing. I initially took my car to another big name tint shop, and when I walked in to get my service done they surprised me with an extra $250 charge to tiny my windshield when we had already had a lengthy conversation about what I should have done and a verbal handshake. I don't like that type of behavior. Luckily I had a bad feeling so I called a few other shops and had the pleasure of speaking with Alec. From the get go I knew he was a stand up guy based on the interaction alone. No sales tactics. No pressure. No false friendliness. Just a genuine conversation between two people. He got me in within a couple days, communicated the entire time throughout the process so I could plan my day accordingly, and was there when I picked up to give me details about how to take care of the excelllent work he and his crew did. If you need quality service from someone who truly cares, I couldn't recommend anyone higher. T
